Understand Google’s price mismatch disapproval — and why FeedScrub audits feed prices but does not crawl product landing pages.
Google Merchant Center compares the price in your product feed to the price shown on the product landing page (including structured data). A mismatch can disapprove the item immediately.
FeedScrub does not crawl your website or compare on-page prices. That check requires fetching each landing page and is outside our current feed-only auditor. Claiming otherwise would be misleading.
What FeedScrub does check: missing <g:price> values in your XML. Fix landing-page mismatches by aligning catalog prices, tax/currency settings, and feed refresh frequency in your store platform and Merchant Center.
Use FeedScrub to ensure every item has a valid feed price, then verify landing pages separately in Merchant Center diagnostics.
